Doughmore Beach
Doughmore Beach takes its name from the sand dunes surrounding it. Its magnificent 2½ km long sandy beach is a surfer’s paradise. Picnicking and walking are also favoured but due to the strong cross currents and shifting sands, swimming is not allowed.
