Doonbeg Golf Course
Chosen for his “least disturbance philosophy,” The Doonbeg golf site was designed by two-time British Open Champion Greg Norman. Spanning 1.5 miles of crescent shaped beach and century-old sand dunes, the course offers views across the Atlantic from the green, the fairway, or tee of 16 of the 18 holes.
Variations in wind speed and direction ensure the course plays differently each and every time. It is expected that an 18-hole round of golf at Doonbeg will take no more than 4 hours and 30 minutes.

The Par-72 layout features a single loop of nine holes out and nine back, playing 6,885 yards from the back tees. The most natural routing within the existing dunes resulted in an uncommon combination of five par 3s and five par 5s.

Wind direction and speed determines consistent variation in play – for example the average golfer will play from a sand wedge to a 5-iron on the 111 yard 14th. To allow for a range of conditions and abilities most holes feature five or more tee locations.

Kilkee Golf Course
Kilkee has developed into an 18 hole Course. In latter years it has blended the old and the new into a course that the members are very proud of. The views in Kilkee are breathtaking, with first and second tees looking out onto the Atlantic Ocean and the third Tee overlooking Chimney Bay with a spectacular clifftop view.

Lahinch Golf Course
Playing the Old Course at Lahinch just a week before winning the 2009 Open Championship, Stewart Cink came away smitten with the club. The "first 10 holes at Lahinch are some of the coolest links holes I've ever played," Cink said. His comments only solidify Lahinch's status among the top links golf courses, not only in Ireland, but in the world.
Phil Mickelson rates Lahinch among his all-time favourite links layouts though that's what you'd expect from a golf course touched by the magical hands of Old Tom Morris and Alister Mackenzie. Lahinch is a traditional, out-and-back links and is a true classic and you'll relish every moment, specially the unique challenges of the par 5 4th followed by a blinding par 3 amidst the dunes.

Kilrush Golf Course
The new course which was re-designed by Dr. Arthur Spring in 1994 is a gem. The clever use of the natural terrain combined with water, trees and sand bunkers has resulted in a scenic course that is a pleasure to play.
The ninth hole is breathtaking. Played from a plateau, this par 3 which measures 168 yards to the green set in the valley and guarded on three sides by water, with sand on the fourth side. The choices are “be up or lay up”. The index one 11th hole measures 421 yards but only the brave will take on the water in order to reach the green in two. The closing five holes, depending on the direction of the wind can be a severe test before the warmth of the Clubhouse & Restaurant where you can relax, enjoy a drink and chat and choose from our full à la carte menu.
